What are your responsibilities?
- Proactively develop Digital business opportunities by working with the local sales team to the leading food retailers within China;
- Owns the relationship between BrandLoyalty China and IceMobile APAC digital team
- Leads productive and ongoing exchanges of information between the Digital team and BL China team.
- Drives the China Market digital product requirements and implements the Global Digital strategy in the China market to fit the local business needs
- Develop client growth strategies by offering Icemobile’s digital solutions;
- Successfully build and extend long-term relationships on a senior level;
- Anticipate, understand and communicate emerging digital trends and technologies to qualify new business development opportunities;
- Develop the appropriate short-medium-long term digital solution strategy
- Daily collaboration and alignment between internal and external stakeholders;
Who are you?
- Minimum 8-10 years' professional experience with at least 3 years of experience in driving digital strategy, e-solutions or establishing an online presence for companies and/or brands; experience on either the client or provider side highly regarded
- Preferred experience in the Retail industry, fast moving consumer goods and other related industries, preferably in China
- Extensive exposure to product commercialization and infrastructure and experience in how to take marketing activities digital
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally across business units, build strong cross-functional partnerships and external customer relationships
- Develop and communicate forward-thinking digital marketing strategies and best practices that help teams improve business performance
- Act as an advisor to support and enable local teams to identify actionable insights to be leveraged in developing digital activities all the way from idea generation to implementation:
- Product development experience is preferred
- Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant field;
- Strong presentation skills (written and verbal);
- An international mindset and or educated overseas or worked for a multi-national company
- A consultative seller that inspires the ones he/she meets;
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Willingness and flexibility to travel
- Tenacious and hard-working, self–starter, self-motivated;
- Can do and challenger attitude;
- Comfortable working independently and working remotely with support/delivery team and leadership;
- Charismatic, well presented and articulate;
