Playboy selects IceMobile for its mobile services

Playboy's mobile services will be offered to consumers through mobile carriers such as Vodafone and T-Mobile. The new Playboy services will consist of the most innovative content for mobile phones available today including videos, pictures and games. Starting in November, MMS services will also be available for consumers through the different Dutch Mobile Carriers. UMTS services will be added to the offering in the beginning of next year.

Playboy's website has been active since March 2003 in offering paid content to consumers through its Cyberclub. In cooperation with IceMobile, the Cyberclub content offering will be enhanced with slideshows and streaming video. Furthermore, in the December edition of Playboy, the Dutch actress, Georgina Verbaan, will pose naked. IceMobile will make the "behind-the-scenes" pictures available one week after the launch of the print magazine through internet and mobile phones.
