IceMobile wins Deloitte's Rising Star 2006 Award

The Rising Star is an annual recognition for the most promising technology company younger than five years.

The Rising Star is part of Deloitte's Technology Fast-50 announcement, which classifies the 50 fastest growing technology companies that exist five years or more. The list is currently lead by stock listed company TomTom. The selection of the Rising Star is based on several criteria, such as innovativeness, the power of execution in establishing a leading company in an industry and financial performance. IceMobile was selected by the CEOs of the Fast-50 companies during the gala dinner for the award ceremony on September 28, 2006 in Amsterdam.

"After the appreciation from our international clients, we are delighted that our Dutch fellow entrepreneurs have honored us with this prestigious award." said Ralph Cohen, CEO of IceMobile.

Earlier this year, IceMobile was nominated by the prestigious GSM Association for the Mobile Innovation Award and listed by the leading business magazine Red Herring in its Top-10 Private European Media and Entertainment companies for 2006.
