What are your responsibilities? 

  • Proactively build relationships at senior levels and develop business opportunities with leading food retailers;
  • Define and execute client growth strategies to exceed sales targets in line with our global strategy;
  • Manage sales pipeline and compress deal cycles; move multiple strategic deals simultaneously through the pipeline;
  • Identify, understand and communicate local business needs, emerging digital trends and competitive activities to internal teams;
  • Provide presentations, product demonstrations and general support to prospective clients.
  • Daily collaboration and strategic alignment between internal (IceMobile and BrandLoyalty teams) and external stakeholders through the sales cycle;
  • Travel to APAC client locations in support of sales effort.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant field;
  • Minimum 8 years’ professional experience with at least 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions into enterprise accounts preferably MarTech stack (e.g. CRM); experience in China a must;
  • Proven experience driving and closing complex deals at enterprise level; a consultative approach to solution selling;
  • Preferred experience with loyalty, retail industry, fast moving consumer goods and e-commerce;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of colleagues with different skill sets;
  • An international mindset and or educated overseas or worked for a multi-national company;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills: Fluent (spoken & written) in English and Mandarin;
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel.
