With multiple digital programs running in Asia and Europe already, we are happy and proud to announce that we have launched IceMobile’s first digital stamps campaign in the United States!
In the past few months multiple teams of Lowes Foods, BrandLoyalty and IceMobile worked hard and in close collaboration with each other to enable this major milestone. The epic BrandLoyalty and IceMobile journey continues on the other side of the pond.
Lowes Foods is a relatively young grocery store chain, but growing rapidly with currently 75 stores in the North Carolina area and is very focused on delivering their shoppers the most pleasant experience. Offering them the option to also save stamps digitally via native apps and a website is part of that experience. Within the “Kitchen Kaboodle” concept, Lowes foods will run multiple loyalty programs starting with the high quality stainless steel knives by vivo | Villeroy & Boch Group, which will run from October 12, 2016 until February 12, 2017. The digital experience also makes it possible to link cards together to make it easier for friends and family to collect together and save up for great rewards. It’s as easy as connecting your card number with your friends card and they will see the combined stamps balance in their app and/or website after every transaction.
Digital and physical stamps collection
One of the features that IceMobile has created specifically for this program is the calculation of both the physical and digital stamps. This means that when a shopper shows his Lowes Foods Fresh Rewards loyalty card, the cash register will know if it is a physical or digital stamps collector; either giving the shopper physical stamps or updating the stamp balance real time in the app and/or website. Easier for the cashier and easier for the shopper.
Under the name MyKaboodle, the Android and iOS apps will be available in Google Play and Apple store as of September 28th 2016.
