Campaigns to celebrate the 45th birthday of OXXO

For OXXO we have developed a 6 month long engagement campaign to celebrate their 45th anniversary. The goal of the campaign is to earn as many ‘stars’ as possible by completing missions; from doing specific purchases in the store, filling out surveys or playing the famous match three games.

Each month there is a new set of suppliers active where you can interact with such as Nestle, Lays, Oreo’s and many more. The consumers with the highest amount of stars are battling on the leaderboard for high value rewards such as cars, motorcycle’s, phones and televisions.

AirMiles Dream Carrousel

Stimulate card usage of Canada’s largest loyalty program

Canada’s leading loyalty provider AIR MILES © was looking to drive participation and traffic to partner channels within their loyalty program.

IceMobile created an innovative digital loyalty campaign hosted inside the application of AIR MILES where card holders were able to interact on a daily basis and open a suitcase on the carroussel of dreams and win.

If members were to swipe their card at partnering stores and/or spend a certain amount, more suitcases could be opened. Every suitcase opened, meant rewards like discount at partner stores, high valued items like electronics or the main cash prize of $100K.

OXXO Formula 1

Racing experience around the Formula 1 Mexican Grand Prix

OXXO teamed up with IceMobile and Red Bull to create an immersive racing experience for all OXXO Premia card holders.

In this highly gamified campaign experience customers could race around the F1 Mexican Grand Prix racetrack within the Oxxo app and win discounts on Red Bull products, amazing Red Bull merchandise and tickets to the Mexican Grand Prix.

Oxxo, as the largest small-format proximity store operator in the Americas with more than 20.000 stores, was looking for more active usage of the application and a way to drive the spend of their loyalty card holders into stores.

Olper’s Breakfast Crush

Engaging FoodPanda customers with the Olper’s Breakfast challenge

Olper’s milk was looking to increase brand engagement amongst young customers and teamed up with quick commerce player PandaMART and IceMobile.

After each completed order at PandaMart, customers could play the Breakfast Crush game during their waiting time before the order was delivered. After having scored enough points, customers were rewarded with discounts on Olper’s products for their next order. 

OXXO Pa’l Norte festival

Maximum musical joy with Oxxo and the Pa’l Norte festival

Strum your guitar and toggle along during this one of a kind music campaign. This unique cooperation between OXXO, Monster Energy and IceMobile ensured maximum digital engagement during the Pa’l Norte music festival for all OXXO Premia card holders.

The musical brand experience hosted in the OXXO application where customers could play and set their score, pushed engagement, frequency and sales. On a daily basis, customers could win festival tickets.

IceMobile’s frontrunning digital loyalty campaign helped OXXO interact with their shoppers and claim the mainstage.

Gorillas Netherlands

Building ordering habits with collectible campaigns

Europe’s major quick commerce player Gorillas was looking to increase frequency and Average Order Value on their journey to become a primary grocery destination while remaining a frontrunner in sustainability.

Customers could order 5 times with Gorillas above a certain spend and were rewarded with FREE Koziol food storage containers to help reducing food waste. This collectable campaign of 12 weeks pushed the habit of ordering with Gorillas and helped form profitable orders while improving retention.

IceMobile supported in overall loyalty strategy and tactics, reinvesting cash discount offers into emotional collectable campaigns. On top of that we delivered the high perceived value rewards.

IGA stamps collecting

Collect and redeem digitally with IGA

By making use of IceMobile’s services for multiple years in a row, IGA provided their customers with a mobile (web app) experience to collect stamps digitally and redeem for great products.  

The digital stamps balance got updated in (near) real-time through a secure connection between the POS and our ser. Via the web app customers could check their stamps transaction history and balance, get familiar with the program and view the rewards. 

This whole package provided IGA with valuable customer insights, enabling them to map shopping behaviour, spending habits and measure the stamps flow from A to Z.
